SIZING INFORMATION
Touchees_ are available only in one size at the moment. Size: 19’5cm from the top of the middle finger to the wraist. Suitable for the majority of hands.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We bet for one of the most secure ways in electronic commerce: Paypal. First, you must have your PayPal account in order to purchase the item/s. Once you got it, the payment can be done by means of Paypal or any of the credit cards accepted by this service.
SHIPPING
Touchees_ gloves are ready to be dispatched worldwide. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of your order being placed. Orders are sent by Spanish post. They should arrive to the addressee in 4-5 working days after the order is placed (valid for Spain), or 5-10 working days (valid for the rest of destinations).
In any case, we will send you an e-mail when your order has been dispatched from our offices in Valencia.
Our advertised retail price does not include a P&P charge (it depends on the amount of units you buy) of 5.5€ per item (4.5€ if you live in Spain). Orders within Spain include Spanish VAT, where applicable. Orders delivered outside Spain are exclusive of all applicable duties and taxes
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of seven working days, beginning on the day after of the receipt of the item/s. If you wish to exercise this right, you must give written notice (by e-mail, fax or letter) to Touchees_ indicating your intention to cancel the order; and return the item/s. The package must not have been opened. The postage and handling are at the customer’s own expense.
In case you choose to cancel your agreement with us, we will refund the money (less P&P costs) once we have received the item.
When returning item/s to us, please ensure that you include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, order number and cancellation reference number.

Laundering information
Touchees_ gloves are lovingly made from 90% cotton and 10% Polyamide.
To keep your gloves looking and feeling their best, we recommend laundering them as follows:
-Do not use bleach on your Touchees_ gloves.
-Do not tumble dry your Touchees_ gloves.
-If your gloves need a little ironing, use a cool iron.
-We recommend dry cleaning.

The VAT invoicing is for Spanish residents. Purchases made by residents of countries outside the European Union (Art. 21 Law 37/92 of 28/12) and Ceuta, Melilla and Canarias (Art. 25 Law 37/92 of 28/12) are VAT free. Aisoy Robotics shall not take charge of special taxes or duties.
